Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Primary SEN Teacher to join our team in Ashford. As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and developing inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate sensory-rich, interactive teaching techniques.
- Use strategies like Makaton or AAC to facilitate effective communication and expression among pupils.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive school community.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Annual salary range: £40,000 - £65,000 based on experience.
- Opportunity to access over 2,500 FREE certified CPD courses via the National College.
