About the Role

We are seeking an Autism Support Professional to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Specialist Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality supports designed around individual abilities, needs, and choices.

In this role, you will be working with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social interactions. You will be responsible for promoting independence and inclusion within communities, while also ensuring the voice of those we support is actively listened to.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and its effects on individuals. They will be able to provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
