Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

About the Role:

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, repositioning, and clinical observations
  • Administer medication and manage medical requirements
  • Build positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Empower service users to live independently and make informed decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Desirable Skills:

  • Epilepsy Management
  • Mic-Key Button care

Shifts Available:

  • Part Time Nights: 2-3 shifts per week
  • Sunday - Wednesday
  • 10:00pm - 8:00am

Pay Rates:

  • Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (£135 approx. per 10-hour shift)
  • Sundays: £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)
  • Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
