Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the delivery of patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including patient observations, medication charts, and care plans.
  3. Participate in the assessment, admission, and discharge of patients, including conducting patient interviews and gathering relevant information.
  4. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  6. Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, including the disposal of clinical waste and the cleaning of equipment.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care.
