About the Role\

We are recruiting a Theatre Manager to join our warm, well-established team at Spire Manchester Hospital.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of staff, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and contributing to the overall success of the hospital.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience of our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a large team of staff to ensure the smooth running of our theatres
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve departmental objectives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience
  • Working closely with our senior leadership team to drive the success of the hospital

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum.
