Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Theatre Manager to join our team at Spire Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or ODP with NMC/HCPC registration to take on a key role in supporting the Theatre Manager and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Theatre Manager in their duties, deputising when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and policies for service improvement, including business initiatives both locally and nationally.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of physical and financial resources.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the department.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse / ODP with NMC/HCPC registration.
