Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Manager to join our team at Butlins. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our shows and events, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the technical team to ensure smooth running of day/evening entertainments
- Create and provide detailed show reports to stakeholders
- Develop and implement stage plans and schedules for technical support team
- Liaise with all parties involved with the production and entertainment leadership team
- Act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers
- Ensure the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties
- Adhere to and implement health and safety procedures
- Ensure all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in stage management and leadership, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the entertainment industry. You will have a strong understanding of technical procedures and systems, as well as excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
