Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of our shows.
- Collaborate with the director to create and implement detailed show plans and schedules.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the production to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.
- Ensure the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties.
- Adhere to and implement health and safety procedures.
- Deliver consistently high-quality shows that meet our guests' expectations.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven experience in the entertainments industry.
- Minimum 2 years of stage management and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of technical procedures and systems.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- The ability to work to deadlines.
- Creative skills.
- The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.
- A committed team player with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
