About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our entertainment leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our productions and ensuring that all shows are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting the technical team to deliver high-quality productions
  • Creating and providing detailed show reports to inform future productions
  • Developing and implementing stage plans and schedules to ensure smooth running of day/evening entertainments
  • Liaising with all parties involved with the production and entertainment leadership team
  • Acting as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers
  • Ensuring the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties
  • Adhering to and implementing health and safety procedures

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience within the entertainments industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in stage management and leadership. You will have knowledge of technical procedures and systems, experience of managing a team, and excellent communication skills. You will also have the ability to work to deadlines, be creative, and use your own initiative where necessary.
