Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Flowbird UK is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet business needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Design and manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and creating interview guides.
  • Coach line managers in successful interview and selection techniques.
  • Represent Flowbird UK at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a related field.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods and full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
