Job Title: Associate, Talent Acquisition

Flowbird UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing talent acquisition expertise to our Transport, Smart City, and YPS business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent in the market.
  • Source, attract, select, and hire top talent through various recruitment channels and methods.
  • Work closely with managers to understand their business areas and provide solutions to their talent needs.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, including talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
  • Design and manage the recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviews, and creating interview guides.
  • Represent Flowbird UK at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidate communities.
  • Provide monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Computer literate, specifically Word and Excel, and use of HR systems/ATS.
