AP Group Ltd is seeking a talented and organized individual to join their Corporate Governance department as a Trainee Administrator, Client Services. The successful candidate will have solid administration skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the importance of risk and company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and have experience of basic administrative tasks and some exposure to an office environment. Document management or client administration systems experience will be looked upon favourably.

This role will suit an individual with a proven attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow under the company's excellent in-house training programme and employer sponsorship of study for professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities will include

  1. Providing administrative support to the Corporate Governance team
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  3. Assisting with document management and client administration systems
