Apprentice Customer Experience Specialist

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer relationship management, problem-solving, and communication.
This 17-month Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced customer service environment.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
We offer a market-competitive salary of £19,500 - £21,500 per annum, including a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
