TXM Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and safety conscious individual to fill the role of Engineering Depot Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance production plans to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
* Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to and processes are continuously improved
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team to create an engaged and motivated workforce
* Conduct regular IPEs and safety observations to develop team members
* Ensure safe, quality, and reliable production while working to achieve fleet availability and reliability targets

Requirements:

* Commitment to safe working practices and the ability to be a safety leader
* Apprentice trained or time served
* Supervisory or man-management experience and the ability to make sound engineering decisions
