The Educational Equality Institute is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our multicultural team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from development to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day details of projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, task assignments, scope, communications, and project launch initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by maintaining a high level of project management excellence.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify project risks and issues, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Report regularly to project stakeholders and leadership on project status, schedule, and delivery details, ensuring risks are appropriately documented and escalated in good time.
- Foster open communication within the team on project planning and execution by facilitating regular team meetings and building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Support business needs by leading the effort to develop creative approaches to problem-solving and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools to facilitate project tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Advanced English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
