**Job Overview:** The Neonatal Partnership Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our neonatal services to meet the needs of our communities. This exciting opportunity requires a collaborative and adaptable individual who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve neonatal care, working closely with Care Coordinators, the Parent Advisory Group, and local MNVPs to ensure that the voices of parents and families are heard and valued. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement neonatal care strategies
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators and the Parent Advisory Group
  • Ensure patient-centered care

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
