Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team in Exeter. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing land deals and new sites, and will be responsible for working on our short term and long term development plans.

About the Role: As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, appraising, and securing sites for our development projects. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure land deals and new sites for our development projects
  • Work with our development team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Identify and appraise potential sites for development
  • Negotiate with landowners and other stakeholders to secure sites
  • Support successful planning applications

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized RICS degree or relevant degree associated with real estate, land, property, or town planning. You will also need to have an impressive track record of securing sites on behalf of a housing developer, as well as experience and knowledge of supporting successful planning applications. Strong commercial awareness and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
