**Job Role: Clinical Laboratory Director**
As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you'll lead and expand our clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations and managing customer interactions. You'll collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab. Your expertise will contribute to our company's strategic direction.
**Requirements**
* MD/PhD in a relevant field
* Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing
* Certified by an HHS-approved board
* Strong background in cancer biology and experience working with ISO 15189 standards
