Clinical Laboratory Director

Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Laboratory Director to lead our clinical laboratory team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the company's strategic direction and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality management standards.
- Oversee the expansion of the clinical laboratory team, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to ensure seamless transfer and validation of new assays into the clinical laboratory.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure high-quality testing and reporting.
- Manage customer interactions, including running multiple client projects and ensuring delivery of data reports.
About You:
- MD/PhD in a relevant subject with significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing.
- Certification by an HHS-approved board is essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
