ANGLE Plc is a pioneering liquid biopsy company at the forefront of cancer research and diagnostics. We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Laboratory Director to lead our clinical laboratory team, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our clinical laboratory services, including molecular profiling and NGS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transfer and validation of new assays into the clinical laboratory.
- Generate accurate and timely data reports for clients, showcasing high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to company strategy and execution, providing expert insights and guidance on clinical laboratory operations and development.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Director with a strong background in cancer biology and genetics. The ideal candidate will have:
