**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Director to lead and expand our clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations and managing customer interactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab and contribute to the company's strategic direction as a key member of the Senior Management Team.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and expand the clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations and managing customer interactions
