Clinical Laboratory Director
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Laboratory Director to lead and expand our clinical laboratory team at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the company's strategic direction and collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations and managing customer interactions
* Run multiple client projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver significant improvements in clinical and health outcomes
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new assays and technologies in the clinical lab
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to drive the company's strategic direction
**Requirements**
* MD/PhD in a relevant field
* Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing
