We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our state-of-the-art training ground in Bodymoor Heath. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of professional athletes.

  • Assist in menu planning and preparation to ensure variety and nutritional value.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
  • Assist in ordering and managing kitchen supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
