We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our culinary team in Tamworth, United Kingdom.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented and innovative chef to take on a leadership role in our dynamic kitchen team. As the Kitchen Operations Manager, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
- Supervise the kitchen team and ensure smooth operation during service.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to health and safety regulations.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene. They should be creative and passionate about cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and able to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
