Support Role in Public Safety

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Associate Dean in our School of Public Safety.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working in a busy office setting is essential, as well as proficiency in software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. You will also assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or Business Studies, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with a salary of $28.78 per hour. The successful candidate will be required to perform work on campus, with occasional remote work possible.
