Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Coordination: Oversee the organization and coordination of business training events, workshops, and training delivery.
- Client Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Training Planning and Preparation: Coordinate logistics, prepare polished documents and support materials to ensure high-quality events.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle varied and time-sensitive workloads. You will work closely with delivery staff and other team members to support the overall mission of the Business Training area.
