Job Title: Compensation Strategist

Property Finder, a leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region, is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation programs are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide recommendations on executive compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer employee equity plans and manage annual equity grants
Requirements:
  • BA degree in a related field, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in rewards or compensation and benefits function
  • Knowledge of market data within the comp & benefits space across the MENA region
  • Experience in the digital/tech industry or a fast-paced industry
