Job Description:

We are seeking a Community Living Coordinator to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective community programs to support customers.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of community workers.
  • Ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of community services provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams in a community living environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of Rota Management and IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
