Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes, managing bin stores, and providing excellent customer service to our tenants and their visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all communal areas in our buildings
  • Manage bin stores and ensure they are tidy and well-organized
  • Provide friendly and approachable support to our tenants and their visitors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
