Maintenance and Operations Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Facilities Team Member.
As a key member of our centre team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of our centres and ensuring our lanes are in full operation.
You'll liaise with both the team and customers about any faults they experience while at the centre.
We offer a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success.
Our fast-paced and dynamic environment requires a professional and engaging customer service, with high energy and infectious enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers at all levels.
- Fault Resolution: Identify and resolve faults efficiently, liaising with customers and the team as necessary.
- Centre Maintenance: Maintain high standards of centre cleanliness and equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the centre team to achieve common goals and objectives.
