Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Warner experience.
  • Direct, coach and motivate the team to achieve excellence in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Monitor guest feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement in the maintenance department.
  • Effectively manage resources and services to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Nurture a high-performance culture where everyone's contributions are recognised and rewarded.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

  • Understanding of different communication styles and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • High level of operational knowledge in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and engage team members, even in high-demand situations.
