We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team at Heythrop Park Hotel. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead the maintenance team to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered.
  • Take ownership of the Maintenance department, monitoring consistent delivery of a quality Warner experience in line with the Warner Brand Standards.
  • Confidently deal with guest concerns, resolving problems and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Monitor guest insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
  • Effectively project for guest demand, monitoring resource and service and arranging appropriate resource/support to ensure the guest experience is not affected.

Requirements

  • Understanding of different communication styles and ability to communicate with versatility at all levels.
  • High level of operational knowledge specific to the area of expertise and ability to coach leaders and team to thrive.
  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage leaders and team, even in times of high demand.
