About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our QSSHE team based in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with statutory provisions, codes and standards, and good practice. You will actively coordinate and undertake internal auditing and monitoring activities to ensure they are robust and in line with external stakeholders and Perenco UK processes and procedures.

You will work closely with our Assurance Manager to develop and deliver the PUK-SMS Assurance Programme, ensuring sufficient audits are undertaken to provide confidence that compliance with SEMS remains at an acceptable level. The successful candidate will have experience within a high-hazard industry and hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to present articulately to various forums and through different mediums.

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary range, bonuses, private medical insurance, pension provision, and flexible working hours.
