Key Responsibilities- Support Tom in his daily life, following his individualised support plan to ensure his needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with a close-knit support team to provide a safe and secure environment for Tom.
- Assist Tom in accessing his preferred activities and outings, using his mobility vehicles.
- Minimise behaviours of distress by following Tom's support plan and working effectively with the support team.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.65, with sleep nights paid at £50.00 per night.
- Ongoing training and mentoring to support your professional development.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and champions mental well-being.
- Generous benefits, including a salary advance scheme and access to British Sign Language (BSL) translated videos.
- A full UK or EU or Designated Country Driving Licence.
