Clinical Specialist

STERIMED Infection Control is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join their Direct Hospital Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for growing the profitability of hospital sales in your designated territory, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sterilisation and Decontamination, with experience in CSSD operations, theatre, or ITU environments. You will be confident in delivering training sessions and presentations, and have a proven track record in technical sales.

Key responsibilities will include creating area-specific sales and marketing plans, managing leads, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for new product and services market launches, developing distribution and service channels, and delivering training sessions.

Key competencies for this role include knowledge of CSSD operations, customer relationship management, territory management experience, and strategic and tactical sales and sales management skills.
