About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Bedborough House in Radstock.


As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, or mental health conditions.


Our ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and caring, with the ability to support residents in their daily lives and encourage them to live as independently as possible.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support residents with their day-to-day lives, including personal care
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Assist with behaviour management and provide emotional support
