Job Summary:

Forrest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide support across several areas of our business. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including tasks such as collating payroll administration, checking invoices, and updating the system with new starters and leavers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and process payroll administration
  • Check and verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and credit card statements
  • Update the system with new starters and leavers
  • Review and monitor holidays and sickness
  • Prepare and type up offer letters from templates
  • Organize induction information and employment contracts
  • Manage diaries and calendars
  • Keep insurance policies up to date
  • Update the company handbook
  • Gather information changes from line managers and pass to the legal representative

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background and experience in a busy administration position
  • Ability to coordinate and work as part of a team
  • Business savvy and commercially aware
  • Excellent time-keeping and organizational skills
  • Proactive and can-do approach
