Business Development Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector, with a strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and working closely with the delivery team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall growth strategy, working closely with the board to identify new opportunities and build upon existing relationships.

Requirements:
  • Possess a proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Hold a strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exhibit a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to partner with the delivery team to ensure the highest quality of service.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary of £52,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits package.
