We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bank Chef to join our team at Thornford Park Hospital. As a Bank Chef, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Maintain good food storage procedures and stock rotation.
- Prepare, plan, and cook meals to a consistently high standard.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in food costings and adhere to safety procedures.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older.
- GCSE or equivalent English.
- City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 (or equivalent) Basic Food Preparation Cooking.
- Basic Food Hygiene.
- Supervising qualification or working towards.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of £17 (including 12.07% holiday allowance uplift).
