Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be working 15 hours per week and your mission is clear: to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. You will be a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Execute our GAMES sales process, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
