The Role

We are seeking a **Head of Operations Lead** for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our team at Starcom. As part of Publicis Groupe, we offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a real impact. The ideal candidate will oversee operational efficiency, optimize workflows, foster automation, and ensure compliance with key operational and financial standards.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of a team of eight operations executives & managers responsible for campaign booking and reconciliation.
  • Revenue tracking & PO management: keeping a log of all POs raised, issuing instructions to the finance team for related billings, and inputting revenue into the annual tracker.
  • Reporting unbilled media amounts to P&G.
  • Innovating and streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Oversight of financial diligence, KPI tracking, and PO management.
  • Managing stewardship audits and ABACUS (automated booking tool) development.
  • Building strong client relationships as a trusted operations leader.
  • Inspiring and mentoring your team, driving their professional growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience in operations, ideally within media.
  • Expertise in workflow process design and execution.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MediaOcean (Prisma) and Excel macros or Python.
  • Confidence and ability to interrogate processes and develop new, more efficient ways of working. Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Ability to translate complex messages in a straightforward and simple manner.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
