Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities
  • Monitor and report on customer health and satisfaction metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and retention through customer success initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
