Chemotherapy Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Holistic Care Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a leading provider of specialty pharmacy services, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one, holistic care to patients in their homes, administering chemotherapy treatments as defined in their care plans. This role requires a highly skilled and patient-focused nurse with experience in haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments.
A competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 is offered, along with a company car or car allowance £4887.50. Additionally, we provide opportunities for flexible working and support reasonable adjustments for colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to patients in their homes
- Administer chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and protocols
