As a Quantity Surveyor at Reed Property & Construction, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage costs and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with clients and other construction professionals, including site managers, project managers, and site engineers. Your expertise in PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management will be essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pre & Post Contract Duties and knowledge of JCT contracts. A relevant Quantity Surveying Degree and a full UK driving licence are also required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, as well as holiday and sick pay entitlements. Private Health Care is also provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs and budgets of construction projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control during construction
- Advise on procurement strategy and contractual claims

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
