About the Role:

We require an expert Wiring and Assembly Technician to carry out complex wiring and assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure all work meets exacting standards and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake control panel wiring, encompassing panel fitting, marking out, drilling, and tapping.
  • Execute point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, loom, and harness wiring using specialized tools.
  • Install electronic and electro-mechanical components and looms, adhering to quality specifications.
  • Solder connectors (e.g., D-Type, Amphenol) to stringent IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
  • Construct and wire equipment according to detailed engineering drawings and instructions.
  • Verify, inspect, and troubleshoot wiring and sub-assemblies using advanced test equipment and schematics.
  • Communicate design or material concerns and collaborate on ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve compliance with organizational policies, wiring guidelines, and safety protocols.

Key Qualifications:

  • Established expertise with connectors, cables, and components (industrial or military).
  • Proficiency in wiring, assembly, soldering, and operating hand tools.
  • Capacity to decipher and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring blueprints.
  • Familiarity with relevant wiring regulations (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620) and electrical safety best practices.
