Job Summary:

CV-Library is recruiting a skilled Private Client Account Handler/Executive to support our sales team. This role involves servicing designated clients of Berkeley Insurance Group UK Ltd, ensuring their retention and contributing to the company's income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Arrange coverage at renewal at a competitive premium
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Source quotations for new policies and renewals
  • Monitor and manage allocated cases

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Company Procedures manual and FCA regulations
  • Able to develop and maintain processes as required
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
