About the Role

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  2. E nsure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. C ommunicate effectively with various departments to achieve common goals.
  4. P rovide guidance and support to junior staff.
  5. R eport on team performance and project status to management.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow regulation and existing process.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe, SharePoint, and Moodle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with mentoring or coaching team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £28,000 per annum, with additional benefits including 8 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday schedule, and no weekend work.
