Salaried Deputy Manager Position for a Skilled Professional

Minerva Recruitment Limited seeks an accomplished Deputy Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional care delivery in a supported environment.

About the Role
  • Mentor and supervise care staff to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality care delivery.
  • Assist in daily operations, contributing to goal achievement and maintaining high standards.
  • Supervise and train care staff, leading by example to achieve excellence in all aspects of their roles.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments of residents and review and update care plans and records.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Effective communication with residents, families, external organisations, and the internal team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Take the lead in safeguarding practices and identify referral pathways for safeguarding concerns.
  • Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in care planning and evaluation.
  • Support compliance with CQC standards and foster a culture of continual improvement and regulatory excellence.
Salary and Benefits Information
