About Our Job

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Norwich, United Kingdom. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility assistance.



Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £12-£24 per hour, depending on experience and location. You will also receive:

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing:

  • Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support with mobility and transfers
  • Meal preparation and assistance
  • Medication management and recording
  • Social activities and companionship
  • Cleaning and maintenance of clients' living environments


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum age of 18 years old
  • A valid full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • No formal qualifications required; comprehensive training will be provided
  • A DBS check will be conducted as part of our recruitment process
  • A genuine passion for supporting and caring for others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A reliable, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor
  • Patient, empathetic, and understanding
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
