Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to lead our digital strategy and content execution. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at an exciting time as we continue our ambitious growth as a digital-first brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute content strategies for Spear's Magazine, ensuring that content is SEO-optimised, engaging, and aligned with the brand's values.
  • Oversee Spear's social media channels and email newsletters, driving community growth and engagement.
  • Lead and manage all digital content across platforms, including Spear's website.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Research to continuously improve Spear's 500 and other rankings content.
  • Plan and execute effective digital content strategies.
  • Ensure content adheres to SEO strategies and is on-brand.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, adapting strategies to increase engagement.
  • Manage key client relationships and deliver successful client content campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Digital Content Editor or similar role within a high-profile media brand.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and analytics for web content.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms and building engaged communities.
  • Ability to develop long- and short-term content plans and deliver them effectively.
